Forest-Warren Mental Wellness Association (FWMWA), an affiliate of Journey Health System, is a consumer-driven company whose main vision is to assist adults in Warren and Forest counties in their recovery efforts from mental health issues. Our programs are designed to increase a positive social life, connections to other vital services, transportation and assistance with basic life skills. Additionally, the FWMWA Fairweather Lodges offer safe and affordable housing with a strong employment/vocational skills component. FWMWA also offers a Representative Payee service to assist individuals maintain their finances and paying bills.

SUMMARY
Provides recovery assistance services to consumers living in the community. These services include transportation to obtain necessities for living such as prescriptions, groceries, and clothing. Provide assistance, when requested from Forest-Warren Human Services, for such tasks as light housekeeping and relocating if necessary. Perform other services as requested by the Beacon Light Adult Services Treatment Team or Forest-Warren Human Services which may not be provided by Blended Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, or Mobile Medication Staff.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1) Be a self-identified individual who has received or is receiving state priority group services.
2) Have a high school diploma or GED.

Consumer Relations Specialist
SUMMARY

The Vocational Coordinator is responsible for management and oversight of the Fairweather Lodge (FWL) program and operation of WellSpring Home & Garden company.

Journey Health System is looking for a full-time, seasonal WellSpring Home and Garden Worker who is responsible for doing work on projects and contracts as directed by the Program Supervisor. He/she works to ensure the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner. The Fairweather Lodge is a nationally-recognized program to provide individuals with affordable housing and work while they are on their journey of recovery from mental illness or addiction.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 70% of the time.
